Testimonials

This is what my participants say...

"Nora is an amazing facilitator of The Artist’s Way! She is super enthusiastic and encouraging and brought together a wonderful group of people, allowing us to share in honest and meaningful ways that helped each of us to grow.

She is fun and creative and adds lots of inspiring moments to each week’s gathering. I looked forward to meeting each week - it was a creative lifeline that kept me sane (especially during lockdown!)

The Artist’s Way is truly such a powerful course that will set you free to pursue your creative dreams. To have Nora as your facilitator will be a complete blessing to you."

"Nora’s classes were always engaging and well-organized. I learned so much about creativity, and Nora facilitated that with wonderful prompts, activities, and discussion topics. I would absolutely take Nora’s class again!"

Testimonials: About

"Dear Nora, thank you for the beautifully supportive, nurturing, and focused space you provided me through my journey with The Artist's Way. I felt so lucky to be in that space with the other creatives that showed up and that we could all support each other. Thank You."

"As a complete novice to The Artist's Way, I stumbled upon this artistic programme and signed up directly because of Nora's encouragement. Although I feel creative, I have an ultimate fear of the blank page or starting any kind of project in case I make a mistake.

However, I learnt through the support of the shared group and personal daily journal writing that this can be overcome. I found these two features of the course allowed me to lessen any pressure I placed on myself and gave me more focus for taking baby steps into creating what I wanted. In the end, I realised that I could 'create' in so many other ways than drawing pictures - my greatest achievement during the time of the programme was designing a table and working with wood!

Despite the course ending, it has had an amazing lasting impact on my life in Berlin. Now, I see the opportunity for art everywhere and am constantly inspired. My next project is creating graphics for a set of trucker hats. Thank you Nora for seeing in me what I couldn't see in myself. I still do those morning pages too!"

"I had the pleasure of participating in two virtual programs led by Nora. It was an amazing experience and event I looked forward to with anticipation. Especially during COVID where all business and shopping are done online, attending "The Artist's Way" and then followed by "Walking in this World"  (also by Julia Cameron) was a good commitment to socialize and process creativity and spirituality and expanding the practice later to include walking. I even walk virtually in Washington with a fellow member while seated in California. We watch the sunset.

Nora’s way of being in the world was truly selfless and helpful. She created a safe holding environment - where we shared and sometimes created art with music and hats and dancing. I recommend this experience without reservation for one and all".

"I worked with Nora on her Artist's Way course and she was a generous and inspiring facilitator. The sessions were fun and I made new friends I've kept in touch with since.

It's the first time (out of 3 or 4 attempts) that I've ever finished the Artist's Way, and it was a life-changing experience working through it with a group. I am writing a novel and I am still working towards the finished book, but more importantly, Nora helped me find a playful and lighthearted approach to the whole of my life which pays off in all areas."
